PRIVACY POLICY

This policy covers the attempts to both protect and secure the data of our site, your data as well as the measures we put in place to adhere to the above mentioned as required by law. In the future, if we change our policies in how we conduct business, then it will be reflected in this document. Last updated 10-1-2022.

Protecting Your Privacy
We, at OnSpot Health Systems (OHS) take your privacy very serious. We take pride in HIPAA compliancy standards and make every attempt to maintain a high level of client privacy. As a result, the following policy has been put in place so that you can be protected as much as possible while using our site. We do not allow the following to take place with the viewers of our site: We do not contract with third party companies to share your data and/or any other information that we may have on file that you submitted to us for any type of financial gain or marketing purposes. Although we do sell online courses on our site, we do not engage in any form of contact sharing plans or any other cross-marketing with other third party companies. As a result, we do not engage in any type of tickers or tracking mechanisms for the purpose of soliciting 3rd party viewers of our site.

Preventing Fraud/Abuse
Please note that the data that you post on (OHS) is available to our back office staff only. In our attempt to prevent fraud, (OHS) reserves the right to deny services if there is suspicious activity of fraud or misconduct. Your online payment will ONLY be charged once a member from the (OHS) accounting department calls the phone number you've provided to confirm services. 

Data Storage
We only keep data that is pertinent to our business/training needs. Once you apply for services and enter payment information, your credit card/ payment information will be stored in a separate, secure off-line data base in which (OHS) accounting personnel will only have access to.

Disclosing User Information
We may disclose user data in the event of a signed user release, but also may release data if possible fraudulent/criminal activity to protect our rights, our property, our staff as well as that of our client and the general public. This includes/but not limited to criminal investigations, court orders, or any other legal process. However, we make no guarantees that we will have the requested information on file at the time of request.

PAYMENT & ORDER FULFILLMENT POLICY

 

Refund Policy

There are no refunds for any service payments. All payment and fee schedules are set as company policy. 

Cancellation Policy

If a service member decides to cancel their existing service, they may do so at any time. However, the service member will not receive a refund (full or partial) due to their cancelation. 

Delivery Policy

Any paperwork associated with OHS services will come in form of email requested by the user or agencies/personnel listed on service member's consent of release form(s). 

Modification Policy 

A service member may make a request to modify final documentation if they find any typographical discrepancies in their assessment(s) and/or certificate(s). Modification requests may be emailed to onspot.backoffice@gmail.com and an OHS team member will review the case and contact you within 72 business hours of the notification with an appropriate response. There are no returns for any service administered by OHS. If there is a grievance as a result of a reason caused by OnSpot Health Systems, a Service Return Request may be submitted to Onspot.backoffice@gmail.com indicating the issue. Once received, an OHS team member will review the case and contact you within 72 business hours of the notification.
